Shipping policy
At Pleasurespot.com we pride ourselves on processing all orders in the quickest, most efficient manner. Because of this, almost all orders ship from our facility in less than 24 hours after a purchase is made (within our order processing & handling time frames during hours of operation). During periods of high demand, processing may take longer. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure prompt delivery of your packages. Below is an outline of what you can expect for shipping once a purchase is made.
At checkout, you will be provided with shipping methods and their estimated delivery times. These estimates come directly from the carrier and do not account for Pleasurespot.com order processing times or hours of operation. While these estimates are relatively accurate, they do fluctuate, and the estimate provided at checkout may differ from the estimate provided at the time the carrier takes possession of a package.

Order Processing & Handling Times
Orders are processed and shipped from 9:00AM EST to 3PM EST Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends, Federal Holidays, some major Religious Holidays, or under circumstances that are beyond our control including but not limited to inclement weather or natural disasters affecting our immediate area, government strike, shutdown, or state of emergency, carrier labor disputes, protests, customs delays, etc.
Most orders ship within 1 business day (less than 24 hours), but it may take up to 4 business days to prepare and process an order for shipping. This time frame is separate and apart from the delivery estimates provided at checkout.
Delivery Estimates & Time Frames
The delivery time frames provided at checkout are ARE NOT provided by Pleasurespot.com. They come directly from the carrier. These estimates can fluctuate. They also do not account for Pleasurespot.com order processing & handling times. Unless expressly stated by the carrier, those time frames are NOT GUARANTEED by the carrier or Pleasurespot.com.
Please be aware: While we prioritize expedited shipping methods; we DO NOT guarantee that by purchasing an expedited shipping method or any purchase will ship immediately. If you have concern over or question of a delivery time frame, please contact customer service prior to placing an order.
Delayed Deliveries (In-Transit)
While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible and while most shipments arrive within the estimated time frame provided at checkout; once a carrier takes possession of a package the ability to deliver that package as estimated falls solely with the carrier. At the time the carrier takes possession of a package, Pleasurespot.com no longer has the ability to affect the delivery of that package and any delays incurred during the delivery process are a circumstance beyond our control.
Please Be Aware: If you are experiencing a delay in delivery and would like more information pertaining to the delay. Please reach out to the carrier. Pleasurespot.com is not a package delivery service and DOES NOT have access to package delivery information beyond the package tracking information that is provided to you for your purchase.
If you purchased a shipping method with a guaranteed delivery time frame and believe you are owed a refund for shipping because of the delay, please contact customer service.
If you did not purchase a guaranteed shipping method and believe your shipping should be refunded, you will need to file a shipping refund claim directly with the carrier.
Shipment Tracking & Exceptions
Orders that are in-process are assigned a tracking number. The tracking number assigned to your package is sent via automated email to the email address provided at checkout. Receiving an email with package tracking information is not an indication your package has shipped. A package is considered shipped once the carrier tasked with delivering your package takes possession of it. They will update tracking information once they take possession and will provide all tracking updates or important shipping information pertaining to your package through tracking.
This may include delivery exceptions. A delivery exception is a notice issued through tracking that advises the recipient that the carrier is having some form of difficulty delivering a package to its intended destination.
Please Be Aware: Pleasurespot.com does not create or send delivery exception notices, delivery delay notices, or package tracking updates. We also do not monitor packages while they are in-transit. If you have received an exception notice or believe there is an issue preventing the delivery of your package; you need to contact the carrier directly. Failure to contact the carrier directly can result in a package being misdelivered or returned-to-sender.

If you believe your package is being returned to us, please read our Return to Sender Packages section of this policy.
Packages Lost In-Transit
It is normal, particularly for shipments that are going cross-country, to not see tracking updates on a daily basis. A tracking scan indicates the last place a package was and not necessarily where a package is. Unless you see a delivery exception or it has been an abnormally long time ( in-excess of 1 week for domestic shipments); your package is most likely still in-transit and moving towards the destination in the delivery route. Customers are not responsible for packages that are lost in-transit. A package is not considered lost in transit unless it has been identified as lost in-transit by the carrier. If it is determined that a package is lost in-transit the customer will have the option to have their purchase re-shipped or refunded in full.
Please Be Aware: Pleasurespot.com is not a package delivery service. It is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver packages. Because of this, a lost package is a circumstance beyond our control. If a package is thought to be lost in-transit Pleasurespot.com will inquire with the carrier. This process can take days or longer to complete.
Missing Packages Marked Delivered
PleasureSpot.com IS NOT responsible for packages that are claimed to be missing or not delivered after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please use a shipping address known to be a secure location to avoid potential package theft.
If you are unable to locate your package, please do the following:
- Check with others in your household. It’s common for someone else to retrieve a package and forget to pass it along.
- Check areas around your front door, porch, and all other potential package delivery areas that are out of the line-of-sight and/or un-viewable from the street. Carriers will often place packages in spots where passers-by are not able to see them.
- If you have a community mailbox or mailroom. Some packages will be put in parcel locker. Check your mailbox for a key that will open the parcel locker containing your package.
If you are unable to locate your package by taking the above steps, please email customer service with the following information:
- Complete mailing address
- Confirm the above steps have been taken, and
- Provide any additional information you believe would be helpful to the carrier in possibly locating your package or what you believe may have happened.
Please Be Aware: Pleasurespot.com is not a package delivery carrier and packages that are claimed missing after being delivered are a circumstance beyond our control.
Address Verification
We verify every shipping address. If we are unable to verify your shipping address; your shipment will experience delays. Unverified shipping addresses require us to contact the purchaser to correct the address. Addresses may not verify for a variety of reasons including but not limited to:
- incorrect format
- incorrect spelling
- missing information such as suite or apartment number
- invalid address, or
- address not found designations
If we are unable to verify your shipment within 7 days; we will cancel and refund your purchase.
Free Domestic U.S. Ground Shipping
This option will be available whenever the stated threshold is met. Thresholds for this option exclude applicable sales tax, excise tax, and discount codes. You must select free shipping during checkout to be eligible.
Return to Sender Packages
If a package is returned-to-sender (Pleasurespot.com) for any reason that is not expressly the fault of Pleasurespot.com; we are not obligated to resend a package at our expense. Customers can choose to pay for reshipping packages that are returned to sender or be refunded less the cost of shipping.
International Orders
If your country / state is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to accept payment from or ship to your country at this time.
- All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. PleasureSpot.com is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.
- All duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service-related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Additionally, PleasureSpot.com is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stopped by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties.
For any reasons that a package incurs any additional shipping costs, such as being rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or sent back to sender from the customer, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment. If a package is returned to the sender (Pleasurespot.com) for any reason that is not expressly the fault of Pleasurespot.com; we are not obligated to resend a package at our expense. Customers can choose to pay for reshipping packages that are returned to sender or be refunded less the cost of shipping.
We recommend contacting your local authorities to fully understand the rules and regulations with regards to the products sold on our site prior to making a purchase.
How replacements or replacement parts are shipped
All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped via ground shipping.
