RETURN POLICY

Pleasurespot.com does not manufacturer any of the products sold on this site.  All merchandise sold on Pleasurespot.com is authentic.  Pleasurespot.com does everything in its power to provide accurate images and information on the products sold on this site.  Images and information may vary in color, detail, or other aspects. Product images and information are a representation of the items being sold.  We highly recommend researching products as necessary and/or asking questions to be sure your purchase will meet your needs prior to making a purchase.  Costs associated with all returns are the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise stated.

 

Used ProductWe want every customer experience to be a pleasurable one; however, due to the nature of the products sold on this site, used products CANNOT be returned under any circumstance, NO EXCEPTIONS.  A used product is any product that is outside of the defect or damage claim window, has been opened, and cannot be returned in the new, unused, original condition it was received.  Pleasurespot.com reserves the right to determine if product(s) have been used.

Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, user-error, consequential and/or incidental damages are not returnable.  Minor cosmetic issues and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear.  Pleasurespot.com does replace parts that break during use that are considered replacement parts.

 

Damaged Product Product that is received and is damaged on arrival must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.  Damaged Product is any item that is received and is not in the new condition it was shipped and renders the product unsafe or unusable such as shattered glass, chips, cracks, or dents.  This excludes scratches, polishes, or finishes that are normal to the manufacturing process. 

Please Be Aware: Clear photo or video of the damage must accompany the damage claim. Any report of damage after the stated time frame is considered used product and no return, refund, exchange, or store credit will be considered. All damage claim returns are video recorded for accuracy and assurance.

 

Defective ProductProduct that is received and does not work out of the box is considered a manufacturer defect.  Manufacturer defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Please Be Aware: Clear photo or video of the defect must accompany the defect claim. Any report of defect after the stated time frame is considered used product and no return, refund, exchange, or store credit will be considered. All returns are video recorded for accuracy and assurance.

 

Opened Product Opened Product(s) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. An Open Product is any product that has been opened and handled but not used and in the new condition it was received.  If safety seals are broken or a device cannot be repackaged as new; it is considered used product.  Used Product cannot be returned or exchanged and are not entitled to refund, reimbursement, or credit. Open Product returns are not entitled to shipping refunds of the original purchase and the cost associated with shipping an Open Product return is the responsibility of the buyer and is not reimbursable.  In the event Pleasurespot.com provides a return shipping label for an Open Product return; the costs associated with that return label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please Be Aware:  Opened products returned with scratches, scrapes, dents, cracks, dings, or markings that are not part of the natural manufacturing process or are missing any parts, components, manuals, or pieces will incur a 50% restocking fee. All returns are video recorded for accuracy and assurance.

 

New Products New Products may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund of the item(s) purchase price or after 60 days for a store credit.  A New Product is any product that is unopened, unused, and is returned in the new condition it was received.  New Product returns are not entitled to a shipping refund of the original purchase.  The cost(s) associated with shipping a New Product return is the responsibility of the buyer and is not reimbursable.  In the event Pleasurespot.com provides a return shipping label for a New Product return; the costs associated with that return label will be made known prior to providing the return label and will be deducted from the refund amount.  All returns are video recorded for accuracy and assurance.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products or lubricants)
  • Lingerie or Under Garments

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 


Exchanges
We do not have a method of exchange at this time.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note: The refunding of shipping costs associated with a return of this nature will fall inline with precedence set forth in our return policy.


Return Processing & Refunds

Please allow up to 4 weeks to process a return package from the time it is delivered.  Refunds will occur as defined in this return policy.  Should the return reason not match the return.  All information will be documented and an email will be sent once the return has been processed.  If it has been more than 4 weeks since your return has delivered to us and you have not received notice, refund, or both, please contact us.
